Use Order status to check whether your order can still be cancelled. If the Cancel order button is shown, cancellation is available.
The button is normally available for about the first hour after payment, until the order is released for production. Order status is the source of truth, so always check there rather than relying on the time alone.
A successful cancellation starts a full refund automatically. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Can I edit my order?
Orders cannot be edited after payment. This includes the photographs, crop, arrangement, frame finish, mount, size and delivery address.
If you notice a mistake while the cancellation button is available, cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details. Once the button is no longer shown, the order has been released for production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
