Each photo is fitted to its chosen frame using an aspect-fill crop. This fills the full printable area, so parts of the photo can fall outside the edges when its proportions do not match the frame.
Check the preview for every frame before paying, especially around faces, heads, text and other important details. Changing a frame's orientation, size or mount can change the visible crop.
Colour and materials
Phone, tablet and computer screens create colour with light. Prints reflect light, so they will not look exactly the same. Screen brightness, colour settings, room lighting, the printed surface and natural variation in frame materials can all create reasonable differences in colour and appearance.
For the most useful preview, turn off strong screen colour filters, use normal brightness and view the image in neutral light.
